I had a great experience chatting with a Rolex advisor named Kevin about various watches in the Rolex catalogue I was interested in. Kevin was very knowledgeable about all of the timepieces and let me try on various display models and gave great advice on the models that would be best for me. None of the models I wanted were available for sale during my first couple of visits but Kevin said he would contact me if they ever received any of the watches on my wishlist from Geneve.
